Cancellations and refunds

All orders are final and non-refundable, except that you may cancel for a full refund by emailing orders@kosherharvest.org with your order number before the cutoff for that day's delivery. The cutoff for each drop point is shown at checkout. Cancellation requests received after the cutoff cannot be honored.

What is not refundable

We do not refund or credit orders that are not picked up, were placed for the wrong date or drop point, or are no longer wanted after the cutoff.

Returns

Because our food is perishable and made to order, we do not accept returns.

Order problems

If your order is missing, incorrect, or has a quality issue, email orders@kosherharvest.org on the day of delivery with your order number and, if possible, a photo. Where we determine an error was ours, we may offer a replacement or credit at our discretion.
