Terms & Conditions

Ordering

Kosher Harvest is a preorder meal service. Meals are made fresh to order and delivered to designated drop points. We do not ship by mail or courier. At checkout, choose a drop point and a delivery date. Orders may be placed up to 6 days in advance, and delivery is Monday through Thursday only.

Cutoffs

Each drop point has its own order cutoff on the day of delivery, shown at checkout. Orders cannot be placed, changed, or cancelled after that cutoff.

Drop-off

Your order will be labeled and delivered to your selected drop point at the time shown at checkout. We do not deliver to homes, classrooms, or desks. You are responsible for collecting your order promptly. Once it is dropped at the drop point, it is considered delivered. Kosher Harvest is not responsible for orders that are lost, taken by someone else, or left unattended after drop-off, or for food that is not kept at a safe temperature after drop-off.

Cancellations and refunds

All orders are final and non-refundable, except that you may cancel for a full refund by contacting us at orders@kosherharvest.org with your order number before the cutoff for that day's delivery. We do not refund or credit orders that are not picked up, were placed for the wrong date or drop point, or are no longer wanted after the cutoff. Because our food is perishable and made to order, we do not accept returns.

Order problems

If your order is missing, incorrect, or has a quality issue, contact us at orders@kosherharvest.org on the day of delivery with your order number and, if possible, a photo. Where we determine an error was ours, we may offer a replacement or credit at our discretion.

Allergens

Allergen notice: Our food is prepared in a facility that processes fish, dairy, eggs, tree nuts, peanuts, soy, wheat, gluten, and sesame. We cannot guarantee any item is free from cross-contact. If you or anyone you are ordering for has a food allergy, please email orders@kosherharvest.org before ordering. This applies even to items described as "nut free." You are responsible for deciding whether our food is suitable for you.

Liability

Kosher Harvest is not liable for any illness, allergic reaction, or other harm from food consumed after it has been delivered to the drop point, or for customer error in selecting an order, date, or drop point. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the affected order.

Changes

We may update these terms at any time. The terms in effect when you place your order apply to that order.
